Despite how important exercise is, I have always struggled to follow any sort of schedule. I’ve moved so much between Boston and Oregon the last three years that having a friend to motivate me wouldn’t work, and paying the bills always took priority over paying for a gym. I have one yoga video, and a new yoga for stress relief book. Do you have a membership at a gym, or do you work out at home?
